Happy National Workplace Wellbeing Day 2023 everyone!
Today, we celebrate Ireland's biggest event dedicated to promoting health and well-being in the workplace. With their support for the Ibec Workplace Choir of the Year Competition, Ibec not only promotes the power of choral music in the workplace, but also highlights the many physical and mental health benefits that singing together can bring.
Don't forget to join us at Cork City Hall for the competition tomorrow, Saturday 29th April, from 9.30am.
