The Junge Consortium Berlin is a youth chamber choir from the Conservatory that has been delighting audiences with its pure intonation and special youthful sound since it was founded in September 2015.
The reliable community of around 30 singers aged between 16 and 25 has already sung 120 concerts since it was founded or is looking for a challenge at competitions. The young people's commitment is reflected in concert tours to Qatar, Finland, Poland, Lithuania, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Sweden, the UK and Turkey and the gold medals they have won in competitions. The young singers received important inspiration from coaching sessions with Jennifer Tham, Timothy Wayne-Wright (The Kings Singers) and Barnaby Smith (Voces8).
