Voce Chamber Choir

Voce is a vibrant and dynamic London chamber choir, founded in 2003 by Suzi Digby and Harry Briggs. The choir has become known and loved for polished performances of challenging repertoire across the musical spectrum. Voce has enjoyed many varied and unforgettable choral experiences over the years, including singing Rachmaninov Vespers in Charing Cross; Bach Passions in Covent Garden; Haydn in Holborn; gospel in Mayfair; carols for John Rutter's Christmas concerts at the Royal Albert Hall; performing inches from HRH Prince Philip on the Isle of Wight, and from the Archbishop of Canterbury in the tiny chapel at Lambeth Palace; and getting a standing ovation from Rod Stewart in Knightsbridge – but all anyone ever seems to remember is those times they sang You Can't Always Get What You Want with The Rolling Stones. To celebrate their 20th anniversary last year, they commissioned David Briggs to create an arrangement of William Walton's Belshazzar's Feast for chamber choir and organ. Voce is profoundly grateful for all the support of their loyal audiences over the past 20 years, and looks forward to more sublime music-making for years to come.
