St Mary’s Church Choir sing at mass every Sunday, at the Dominican Church in Cork. Their conductor is Séan Lehane and he has been with the choir since 1991. They have performed many times on RTÉ television, and sung with many soloists, including the late Cara O Sullivan.
They have collaborated with various orchestras, to perform works such as John Rutter’s Requiem, and last year performed Fauré’s Requiem with the Cork Fleishmann Symphony Orchestra. Their repertoire is varied, from secular to sacred, and from the spiritual to the motet.
